The outstanding service JoElle Harvey provided in the sale of our home was repeated when she represented us in the purchase of our new home. She walked us through the purchase process with the loan company and even with the added complexity of it being a VA loan on a new construction the stress level was very low. The attitude was always “I will take care of that”. Because our home sold quickly we faced the possibility of being homeless. JoElle was able to arrange for us to get into our home sooner than expected and even arranged for us to have our belongings delivered to and stored at our new home for the few days need to complete the occupancy inspections. The level of personal attention we experienced can only come from someone who truly cares about her clients.
