Patsy Hall

Patsy Hall, owner of Patsy Hall Realty, has over 35 years of Real Estate experience serving buyers and sellers in the Middle Peninsula & Peninsula areas. She enjoys working alongside her daughter JoElle Harvey who is also a Broker with the business.

Patsy strives in providing exceptional, professional service to clients with a wide range of Real Estate needs. Her clients’ satisfaction is her top priority. She puts her experience and dedication into making each transaction as easy as possible.

Patsy graduated from Smithfield Massey Business School in Richmond and received an Associates Degree from RCC. She also had over 18 years prior Real Estate experience working for a local Attorney before pursuing Real Estate full time. Patsy has been involved in Real Estate Development with her son, Keith Barrack, on various projects including Ashdan Woods, Fiddler’s Crossing, Coleman’s Crossing and Meredith Court.

Patsy values small town community living and enjoys taking an active role giving back to the community. She is a member of the York River King’s Daughters and Sons, and the Walter Reed Garden Club.  Patsy served on the Founding Board for Habitat for Humanities for Gloucester/Mathews, and served as a Board member with the Gloucester Housing Partnership.

Patsy enjoys spending time with her family and friends and gardening. She has 2 grown children, 6 grandchildren, and 2 great-grandchildren.
