JoElle Harvey
Virginia native, JoElle grew up in Gloucester County and has enjoyed the benefits of living in this beautiful area rich in history and surrounded by the many waterways of the Chesapeake Bay. JoElle began her Real Estate career in 2008, after being a public school teacher in Gloucester. She graduated from Gloucester High and received a BS in Business Administration from CNU. JoElle received her Associate Brokers license and is a member of the Chesapeake Bay and Rivers Association of Realtors and Real Estate Information Network. She is an Accredited Buyer Representative (ABR) and a Short Sales and Foreclosure Resource (SFR). JoElle also has experience working with local custom builders assisting with the new construction process and Real Estate Development.
JoElle has received numerous “Sales Excellence” Awards, as well as “Rookie of the Year” in 2009 and Coastal Virginia “Five Star Professional Awards”. She has served on the Board for Chesapeake Bay & Rivers Association of Realtors and as Treasurer for Kiwanis Club, Gloucester chapter.
JoElle understands the great responsibilities involved in assisting clients through the process of purchasing their dream home or selling their home with years of family memories. She is experienced in all facets of the Real Estate process and wants to assist in making the process as smooth and stress-free as possible. Her compassion, accomplished work ethic and dedication help ensure her clients are happy and reach their Real Estate goals. JoElle and her husband Mark raised their family in Gloucester. She enjoys spending time outdoors, on the water with her family and vacationing in the Outer Banks. She and her husband have 3 children and 2 grandsons.
